What is ALGO X app?
ALGO X app is a platform for AI-powered trading tools. From one account you can subscribe to services such as AI trading services, TradingView access, Telegram access and indicators, connect a supported trading account, and manage everything from your dashboard.
Does ALGO X guarantee profits?
No. Trading carries risk and you can lose money. ALGO X provides tools; results depend on market conditions and your own settings and decisions. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Which brokers can I use?
ALGO X works with MetaTrader 5 accounts. Broker support is being prepared for Tickmill, FP Markets, FxPro and Exness, with more to follow. The services you subscribe to show which brokers they support.
Do I need to connect a trading account?
Only for services that trade on an account, such as AI trading services. Tools like indicators, TradingView access and Telegram access don't need one.
How can I pay?
Payment methods include Ziina, card payments and USDT. The methods available for your purchase are shown at checkout.
Can I pause or cancel a service?
Yes. You manage each service from your dashboard, including pausing it and seeing when your subscription ends.
How is my account protected?
Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, and you can add two-factor authentication in your profile settings. We never ask for your password by message.
Which languages are supported?
The site and app are available in English, Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Hindi, Urdu, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Indonesian, Russian, Japanese and German. Choose a language from the language menu at any time; your choice is remembered.
